Under the Law of the RK "On Architectural, Urban Planning, and Construction Activities," technical inspection is mandatory for reconstruction, upon a notice from GASK (State Architectural and Construction Control Authority) (Art. 34-4, para. 7, sub-para. 3, Law of the RK No. 242), as part of scheduled monitoring (every 5 years for facilities in unfavorable conditions), and when resuming suspended construction. In addition, banks and investors require it as a condition for financing
Technical inspection is a diagnostic assessment of the actual condition of an existing building or structure using instrumental methods. PSD (design and cost documentation) review is the examination of design and cost documentation before construction begins. These are fundamentally different services governed by different regulatory frameworks
Our in-house equipment fleet includes: total stations and levels (geodetic surveying), ultrasonic flaw detectors and rebound hammers (concrete strength testing), moisture meters (structural moisture content), thermal imaging cameras (heat loss detection), and borescopes (hidden cavity inspection). Material samples are submitted to an accredited laboratory for testing
The scope and content of the report are determined individually, depending on the facility type, area, and purpose of the inspection. It can range from a few pages to several hundred. Under Art. 34-4, para. 4, Law of the RK No. 242, the report must include a description of the facility's condition along with recommendations. The exact scope is agreed upon when defining the task.

Under para. 5 of the same article, the organization must have on staff at least 3 certified technical inspection experts, plus 1 structural expert and a geodetic engineer.
